Candidates who have passed the three years polytechnic diploma examination in the following branches conducted by any State Government Board of Technical Education in the below branches may be directly admitted to II year (III Semester) degree programmes
a. Costume Design and Dress Making
b. Apparel Design & Fashion Technology
c. Diploma in Handloom Technology
d. Diploma in Textile Technology
e. Diploma in Textile Processing
f. Diploma in Weaving Technology
g. Diploma in Knitting Technology
h. Diploma in Leather Technology
Foreign nationals having equivalent qualifications are also eligible for admission.
